Praxia is the self-operating company OS: describe the work, and it orchestrates AI agents that build, check, and run it on a schedule. This page is the front door for help with the hosted service at app.trypraxia.com, the Praxia mobile app, and the open-source core.
Contact us
The fastest path is the contact form — it goes straight to the team, and we typically respond within one business day. Include your account email and, if it’s about a specific run, the project and approximate time so we can find it in the logs.
Mobile app
Signing in: the app emails a 6-digit code to your account address — enter it on the login screen. If codes aren’t arriving, check spam for mail from trypraxia.com. Push notifications can be enabled or revoked per device from Settings inside the app, and Face ID can be toggled there as well.
Self-hosted core
For the open-source core, the documentation covers setup and the daemon; bugs and feature requests are welcome as GitHub issues.
Account & billing
Plan changes and billing live in your dashboard. For anything you can’t change there — including account deletion or data export — use the contact form and we’ll handle it.
